Israeli forces have carried out multiple massacres, killing dozens of civilians and targeting hospitals and medical teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the beginning of the offensive on <strong>October 7, 2023<\/strong>, the aggression has resulted in <strong>42,519 <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-internal\" data-dzsl=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?cat=48\">Palestinian<\/a> martyrs<\/strong> and <strong>99,637 injured<\/strong>, the majority of whom are <strong><a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-external\" data-dzsl=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">children<\/a> and <a class=\"dzsl-auto-link dzsl-internal\" data-dzsl=\"internal\" href=\"https:\/\/dzwatch.dz\/?cat=49\">women<\/a><\/strong>. However, the death toll continues to rise as <strong>thousands remain missing under the rubble<\/strong>.
