These activities have generated over 1.18 million jobs across the nation, marking the sector as a substantial contributor to employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Dedouche noted that the traditional industry sector\u2019s contribution to Algeria\u2019s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) exceeds 350 billion Algerian dinars, highlighting its role in diversifying the economy beyond oil and gas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister also announced that, for the first time, Algeria has been invited as the guest of honor at the 28th International Traditional Industry Exhibition in Milan, Italy, set to take place at the end of November.
