Boubeir had been battling a prolonged illness that confined him to bed in recent years, as confirmed by his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The artistic community in Batna, especially the Dr. Saleh El-Mebarkia Regional Theatre team, to which the late actor belonged, mourned his passing deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Pillar of Batna\u2019s Regional Theatre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Actor and theatre director Ali Jabara described Saleh Boubeir as a key figure in Batna&#8217;s regional theatre. &#8220;He was one of the leading names in our team, leaving a significant mark with performances that earned recognition both nationally and internationally,&#8221; Jabara noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boubeir\u2019s contributions went beyond his talent as an actor; his work embodied a profound dedication to the arts, enriching the Algerian cultural landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tributes to a Dedicated Artist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fellow actor Essam Taashit praised Boubeir&#8217;s exceptional professionalism and commitment to theatre, highlighting their collaboration in notable productions such as <em>&#8220;The Woodcutter&#8221;<\/em> (2016) and <em>&#8220;Waiting Room&#8221;<\/em> (2020). The latter was Boubeir\u2019s final performance before his health deteriorated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boubeir\u2019s illness, which began in 2021, required hospitalization and eventually led to his retirement from acting.
