Algeria’s Official Gazette has published two presidential decrees terminating the duties of several advisors to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, dzwatch has learned.
The first decree, dated April 29, 2026, ends the mission of Mohamed Hamouch, who served as Presidential Advisor for Legal and Judicial Affairs.
A second decree, dated May 2, 2026, terminates the functions of Farid Yayci, who held the portfolio covering Finance, Banking, Budget, Foreign Exchange Reserves, Public Procurement, and International Settlements.
The same gazette edition also confirms the dismissal of Souad Ould Diaf from her position as a special envoy at the Presidency of the Republic.
