Digital Platform Reopens for Ten-Day Importer Regularization

The Ministry of Interior Commerce and National Market Regulation has announced the exceptional reopening of its digital platform for managing the certificate of respect. This measure, effective from Sunday, August 16, 2026, for a ten-day period, is specifically designed for economic operators involved in importing for resale.
The initiative aims to support these operators by facilitating the regularization of their situations. During this window, importers can deposit their statistics related to sales and stocks, completing all necessary procedures to ensure their compliance.
Recognizing potential difficulties with online submissions, the Ministry has also established an alternative procedure. Operators unable to submit their statistics via the digital platform can, exceptionally during the same ten-day period, present them directly to the competent territorial commerce directorates, where services will assist them in finalizing regularization processes.
