Bledna Algérie Recruits 1,000 for Adrar Powdered Milk Project

Bledna Algérie has commenced a recruitment campaign to select 1,000 workers for its powdered milk production investment project in Adrar province. Othman Wadih, the company's First Director of Human Resources, stated that this initiative aims to identify and attract competencies from various Algerian provinces, contributing to the development of the company's human capital. The project represents a significant investment in national industry and job creation.
The selection process is part of preparing a human resources bank for the company, targeting skilled individuals across various branches of its operations. Positions are available in fields such as agriculture, livestock breeding, and processing industries. The campaign seeks to engage job seekers by providing information on the diverse professional roles and specializations offered by the Adrar project.
A talent selection convoy, which recently visited Salhi Ahmed University in Naâma, is organizing exhibitions and conducting interviews with young individuals and professionals. Following its stop in Naâma, the convoy is scheduled to continue its activities in other provinces, including El Bayadh and Laghouat, to ensure a broad reach for recruiting skilled Algerians.
