North African Nation Condemns Medina Attack, Cites Muslim Provocation

Algeria expressed its strong condemnation of the attack on an electricity distribution station in Medina, Saudi Arabia, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad and African Affairs. The North African nation denounced this hostile act, which targeted a vital civilian installation providing essential services to the residents of Medina and the Prophet's Mosque.
The Algerian Ministry reiterated the country's full solidarity and unwavering support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in confronting repeated attacks that threaten its security, stability, and sovereignty. Algeria underscored that targeting civilian facilities and vital infrastructure constitutes a clear violation of international law. Furthermore, the statement highlighted that the targeting of Medina inherently provokes the sentiments of Muslims across the globe.
In its condemnation, Algeria called for the immediate cessation of these attacks, urging for the prioritization of responsibility and adherence to the rules of international law. This diplomatic stance aims to prevent further escalation and safeguard the security and stability of the region's nations and peoples.
