Travelers Secure 40% Discount on GNV Algeria 2027 Bookings

Italian maritime company Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV) announced the opening of reservations for summer 2027 travel to Algeria, accompanied by a 40% discount on tickets. This promotional offer is available for bookings made until October 27, with limited availability. GNV stated that the initiative aims to bring summer closer, allowing passengers to plan their voyages well in advance.

The discounted fares are particularly beneficial for members of the Algerian diaspora, enabling them to secure more affordable rates compared to peak season prices, which often see high demand. In addition to the 40% reduction, travelers enrolled in the My GNV Club loyalty program will receive an extra 10% discount. For enhanced flexibility, tickets reserved under this special offer can be cancelled free of charge up to seven days before the scheduled departure date.

GNV has established a significant presence in the Algerian market, operating regular services since summer 2025 from Sète, France, to Algiers and Béjaïa. Furthermore, a new route from Civitavecchia, Italy, to Annaba was introduced in August 2026. The company identifies Algeria as one of its most successful destinations and considers the market a major axis for future development, having reported significant growth in volumes, particularly from Sète to Algeria, during a recent review of its 2026 activities.
