China Hosts Algerian Council Cadres for Parliamentary, Governance Training

Cadres from Algeria's Council of the Nation are set to participate in a specialized training session in the People's Republic of China, scheduled from October 15 to 28. The president of the Council of the Nation, Azouz Nasseri, recently chaired a preparatory meeting with the involved members and executives, underscoring the importance of this upcoming training.

This training initiative stems from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Algeria and is primarily designed to strengthen parliamentary cooperation and exchange between the two friendly nations. It further aligns with the growing momentum in Algerian-Chinese relations, which have evolved to a comprehensive strategic partnership.

The program for the session includes lectures and discussions focusing on China's experiences in parliamentary work, governance, and development. Participants are also scheduled for field visits to various institutions and bodies in Shanghai and Nancheng, facilitating an exchange of expertise and knowledge to reinforce parliamentary collaboration and keep pace with the expanding bilateral dynamics.
