The event, held in the presence of high-ranking military and state officials, highlighted the core national themes of loyalty, unity, and cohesion, celebrating Algeria's foundational struggle and its enduring values.

The commemoration commenced with President Tebboune's reception by General Saïd Chengriha, Chief of Staff of the National People's Army, followed by the national anthem performed by the Republican Guard band. Attendees, who included numerous senior state officials, veterans, and military cadres, watched a documentary titled "November 1st... Symbol of Unity and Doctrine of Loyalty." The festive atmosphere was further enriched by musical selections from Algeria's rich and diverse heritage, performed by the Republican Guard band.
