Vocational Ministry Seals Railway Expertise Pact with China's CRCEG

Algeria's Ministry of Vocational Training and Professional Education has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Engineering and Railway Works Group (CRCEG). The accord, signed at the Ministry's headquarters under the supervision of Minister Nassima Erhab, with the presence of the CRCEG head and China's Ambassador to Algeria, aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and enhance the professional skills of young Algerian competencies.

This partnership will involve the organization of specialized training programs designed for executives and staff. These initiatives are intended to foster the exchange of experiences and knowledge between Algeria and China in areas pertinent to the Chinese group's specialization. The programs seek to align with evolving technical transformations, meet labor market demands, establish a continuous training culture, and elevate institutional performance, ultimately contributing to sustainable outcomes for both nations.

Minister Erhab emphasized during the signing ceremony that this agreement underscores a shared commitment to prioritize human resource investment as a fundamental aspect of bilateral cooperation.
