Batna Opens National Festival for Youth Plastic Arts, Graffiti

The National Festival of Plastic Arts and Graffiti for Youth officially commenced on Thursday evening at the Scientific Leisure Center. Located within the Cultural and Sports Complex of the Kechida district in Batna, the opening marked the beginning of an event dedicated to artistic expression among young Algerians.
