The company “Tirsam” has informed its customers that requests to purchase its trucks must be submitted exclusively through the electronic platform, eliminating the need to physically visit the Tirsam headquarters located in Batna city.
According to the company’s statement, all purchase procedures are conducted electronically, and any request made outside the platform will not be considered. Requests are processed sequentially based on the order of submission.
Tirsam offers two types of trucks, both locally assembled in the Batna factory: a 3.5-ton truck priced at 3.9 million Algerian dinars and a 6-ton truck priced at 4.6 million Algerian dinars. The move to online exclusive sales aims to streamline the process and ensure transparency while facilitating customer service and after-sales support directly from the factory.
