Algiers – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad announced Sunday the launch of a new digital platform designed to streamline appointment bookings for civil status and document authentication services at the ministry headquarters.
This initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to modernize and digitize its administrative services, aiming to improve efficiency and accessibility for Algerian citizens.
The newly implemented digital service, accessible through the ministry’s official website, will allow citizens to schedule their administrative appointments in advance. The ministry believes this will ensure a more organized and efficient experience, enabling individuals to benefit from quality services within shorter timeframes and under improved conditions.
The Ministry emphasized that the use of this digital platform remains entirely optional. The implementation of the online booking system will not affect the existing operations of the civil status departments, which will continue to receive citizens and provide services through the conventional methods, without requiring prior appointments.
