Furthermore, Minister Arkab affirmed the ministry’s commitment to fostering international partnerships in collaboration with the Sonarem Group. This collaboration aims to attract foreign investment, introduce advanced technologies, and enhance the skills of the national workforce through mutually beneficial agreements.
The Minister emphasized that the new national strategy, supported by the revised mining law, provides a practical framework for transforming the mining sector into a cornerstone of the national economy and a sustainable source of wealth and employment. He reiterated the ministry’s dedication to achieving these objectives.
“We are committed to unlocking the full potential of Algeria’s mining sector,” Arkab concluded, reaffirming the government’s commitment to economic growth and diversification.
