Algiers – Minister of Interior, Local Authorities, and Transportation, Said Saayoud, affirmed Wednesday evening that establishing effective regional governance is a central priority within the state’s ongoing reform efforts.
Speaking Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Minister Saayoud emphasized that bolstering local governance and implementing a regional administration capable of efficiently and effectively addressing citizens’ needs is integral to the reforms the state is actively pursuing.
