Algiers – Algeria is exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation with the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption (AUABC) to bolster anti-corruption efforts across the continent.
Selima Messarati, head of the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and the Fight Against Corruption in Algeria, met with the President of the AUABC to discuss potential collaborative initiatives. The meeting, which took place recently, focused on identifying areas where Algeria’s expertise and experience in combating corruption could be leveraged to support the AU’s broader anti-corruption agenda.
