AADL 3: Over 250,000 Subscribers Paid First Tranche

Algiers, December 31, 2025 – More than a quarter of a million subscribers to the AADL 3 housing program have successfully paid the first tranche of their initial contributions. The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) announced today that the number of subscribers who completed the first payment electronically has exceeded 250,000 as of December 31, 2025.

According to a statement released by the agency, a total of 312,521 subscribers have made their first payment within ten days of the launch of the online payment platform on December 21, 2025. This figure represents a significant portion of the total number of eligible subscribers for the AADL 3 program.
