Algiers, January 6, 2026 – In a move aimed at facilitating payments for the highly anticipated ADL 3 housing program, the Interbank Electronic Banking Group (GIE Monétique) has announced an increase in payment limits for all bank and postal cards.
The announcement, released yesterday evening, stated that the decision was made in direct response to the needs of ADL 3 subscribers. “To streamline the process of settling ADL housing installments, GIE Monétique, in coordination with its member institutions, has implemented a higher payment ceiling for card transactions,” the statement read.
This new measure will allow subscribers to the ADL housing program to comfortably pay their installments using either their CIB bank cards or the Algérie Poste ‘Edahabia’ (gold) cards. Previously, payment limitations may have presented challenges for some subscribers attempting to fulfill their financial obligations for the housing scheme.
The increase in payment limits is expected to significantly reduce congestion at payment counters and provide a more convenient and efficient payment experience for ADL 3 beneficiaries.
