Algerian National Television and Air Algérie Forge Partnership

Algiers, January 9, 2026 – The Algerian National Television (ENTV) and Air Algérie have formalized a partnership agreement aimed at fostering collaboration between the two prominent national institutions. The agreement was signed today at the International Conference Center in Algiers.

The signing ceremony was attended by key figures including the Director-General of ENTV, Mohamed Baghali, and the CEO of Air Algérie, Hamza Benhamouda. Also present were Kamal Sidi Said, Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of the General Directorate of Communication, and the Minister of Communication, Zouheir Bouamama.

Following the signing, Mr. Benhamouda emphasized that the agreement will enable Air Algérie to collaborate with ENTV in the production of programs and promotional content highlighting Algerian tourism and culture. He described the agreement as a formalization of a long-standing relationship, underscoring the strategic alignment between Air Algérie and the national broadcaster.

“This partnership reinforces the shared vision and objectives of our two organizations,” Benhamouda stated.

Mr. Baghali echoed these sentiments, noting the historical ties between ENTV and Air Algérie. He praised Air Algérie’s significant contributions to the nation and expressed enthusiasm for the collaborative opportunities presented by the agreement.

“We are delighted to contribute to these efforts through this partnership,” Baghali said, highlighting the importance of promoting Algeria’s rich heritage and tourism potential through joint initiatives.

The partnership is expected to generate a range of collaborative projects in the coming years, further strengthening the ties between Algeria’s national television and its national airline.
