Air Algérie Announces Terminal Change at Guangzhou Airport

Algiers, January 11, 2026 – Air Algérie has announced a significant operational change for passengers traveling to and from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) in China. Effective January 23, 2026, all Air Algérie arrivals and departures will be processed through Terminal 3 (T3) instead of the previously used Terminal 1 (T1).

The airline released a statement outlining the change, emphasizing that the first flight affected by this transition will be flight AH3180, scheduled for January 23, 2026. Passengers booked on this flight, and all subsequent flights to and from Guangzhou, should now proceed to Terminal 3 for check-in, baggage claim, and all other airport-related procedures.

Air Algérie urges all travelers to take note of this important change and adjust their travel plans accordingly. Passengers are strongly advised to allow ample time for arrival at the airport to navigate the new terminal layout and avoid any potential delays or inconveniences. Early arrival is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

This terminal relocation at Guangzhou Airport is part of ongoing efforts to optimize airport operations and enhance passenger flow. Air Algérie is committed to providing seamless and efficient service to its customers, and this change is intended to improve the overall travel experience for passengers flying between Algeria and China.
