Algeria Stock Exchange: COSOB Greenlights CRAPC Expertise Capital Increase

Algeria’s Stock Exchange Commission (COSOB) has granted its visa on the information memorandum for a 15% capital increase by public economic institution CRAPC Expertise SPA, through a public savings appeal, dzwatch has learned.

The operation involves the issuance of 39,000 new shares at 1,600 Algerian dinars per share, totaling approximately 62.4 million dinars. These shares will be listed in the growth segment of Algeria’s capital bond market, with an entitlement date set for January 1, 2026.

All issued shares are exclusively reserved for economic subsidiaries and institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, before being opened to broader investor categories on the secondary market.

Founded in 2013, CRAPC Expertise aims to strengthen its position in industrial chemical marketing and establish a local production unit, reducing import dependency. This marks COSOB’s second visa granted during its April 15, 2026 session, following the AYRADE SPA capital increase approval.
