This initiative is central to the conglomerate's broader strategy of integration, coordination, and functional specialization among its various branches. By dedicating a distinct entity to ground handling, Air Algérie aims to significantly enhance operational efficiency, streamline professional organization, and elevate overall performance.

The agreement was formally executed by Said Ben Azzouz, Director General of Air Algérie, and Issam Ben Said, Director General of AH Ground Operations. The signing ceremony was attended by Said Lemouchi, Secretary-General of the General Union of Algerian Workers at Air Algérie, underscoring the collaborative spirit of the development.

The establishment of AH Ground Operations as an independent branch is poised to boost operational flexibility, optimize resource utilization, and reinforce the principle of specialization within the Air Algérie group. Ultimately, this strategic move is expected to lead to a substantial improvement in the quality of services provided to the company's clients and partners, enhancing its competitive edge in the aviation sector.
