This strategic move is part of a broader initiative within the Air Algérie group to enhance performance through integration, coordination, and functional specialization of its branches. The aim is to boost operational efficiency, optimize professional organization, and elevate overall performance.

The agreement was officially signed by Said Benazzouz, General Manager of the domestic airline, and Issam Ben Said, General Manager of AH Ground Operations. The event was attended by Said Lamouchi, Secretary-General of the General Union of Algerian Workers for Air Algérie.

Establishing AH Ground Operations as a distinct entity for ground handling services represents a significant step in restructuring the group. This will enhance operational flexibility, improve resource utilization, solidify the principle of specialization among branches, and ultimately elevate the quality of services provided to Air Algérie's customers and partners.
