Algeria and Russia are charting a course for enhanced collaboration in the vital mining sector, with high-level discussions in Moscow underscoring a shared commitment to economic partnership and strategic investment. Mohamed Arkab, Algeria's Minister of Energy and Mines, met with Alexander Kozlov, Russia's Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, to explore new avenues for bilateral cooperation.
