Civil Protection Airlifts Four Burn Patients to Zeralda

Four patients suffering from severe burns were evacuated by air today, Thursday, from the Public Hospital Institution in Souk El Tenine, Béjaïa Wilaya. The critical transfer was directed to the Specialized Burn Hospital located in Zeralda, Algiers Wilaya, utilizing a Civil Protection helicopter. This operation was meticulously coordinated with relevant health services to facilitate the movement of the patients under optimal conditions.
The primary objective of this aerial transfer was to ensure uninterrupted continuation of the patients' treatment and to provide them with highly specialized medical attention. The Zeralda Specialized Burn Hospital stands as a prominent institution in Algeria, recognized for its expertise in treating severe burn cases.
This specialized hospital is equipped with advanced facilities and dedicated departments specifically designed to manage critical burn injuries. Boasting a capacity of up to 144 beds, the institution is well-prepared to handle complex medical needs.
