Housing Sector Readies First ‘Aadl 3’ Deliveries for November

Algeria's housing, urban planning, and urban development sector is finalizing preparations for the imminent delivery of the first 'Aadl 3' lease-to-own housing units. These deliveries, scheduled to commence in early November for beneficiaries across several states, underscore the accelerated pace and dynamism of this ambitious housing program. The initiative aligns with the state's ongoing commitment to meeting citizens' housing aspirations and fulfilling its pledges.
The 'Aadl 3' program, launched for subscription on July 5, 2024, coinciding with Algeria's 62nd Independence Day anniversary, has demonstrated rapid progress in project execution across various national states. A key focus has been ensuring construction quality, with notable improvements including equipping units with central heating systems to enhance beneficiary comfort. Following inter-ministerial file reviews and verification, approved applicants have completed payments for the first installment, amounting to 343,000 dinars for three-room units and 431,500 dinars for four-room units, paid in two stages.
The allocation of 200,000 housing units under this formula reflects the strong resolve of public authorities to address Algeria's growing housing demand, leveraging exclusively Algerian capabilities and building materials. Beyond timely housing provision, the program also aims to establish integrated urban centers designed with regional specificities in mind, incorporating essential public facilities such as schools, clinics, and various services, alongside technical and architectural enhancements. This national endeavor is set to culminate with a broader housing distribution operation on November 1st, coinciding with the 72nd anniversary of the glorious Liberation Revolution, further solidifying the state's commitment.
