AADL 3 Key Distribution Begins November 1 for 950,000 Subscribers
The initial phase of key distributions for AADL 3 housing units is scheduled to commence on November 1st across various wilayas. This significant development will directly benefit nearly 950,000 subscribers who have already fulfilled their first installment payment for the program. The November 1st date, set by Minister of Housing Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, coincides with the 72nd anniversary of the Revolution's outbreak, underscoring the national importance of the initiative.
Minister Belaribi announced this major step on August 17, 2026, during a national meeting with housing sector directors from 69 wilayas. The commencement of these distributions, which will prioritize the most advanced construction sites, is presented as a testament to the state's unwavering commitment to its citizens. This operation follows a previous successful distribution on July 5th, which saw 179,168 housing units delivered across all formulas.
The AADL 3 program forms a crucial part of a broader national objective to deliver a total of two million housing units between 2025 and 2029. The initiative emphasizes the development of new urban poles, with 16 such poles already accommodating over 109,000 units from the program's initial phase, complemented by 859 public proximity facilities.
