Bir El Ater, Ksar El Boukhari Gain Full Wilaya Status
Minister of Interior, Local Communities, and Transport Said Sayoud recently oversaw the installation of new governors for Bir El Ater, Ain Ouessara, and Ksar El Boukhari. These appointments were made as part of a partial movement within the ranks of governors, delegate governors, and general secretaries of wilayas, enacted by a decision from President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. Minister Sayoud affirmed that these achievements underscore the state's commitment to continuing its path of construction and development while reinforcing the fundamental pillars of national sovereignty.
The promotion of Bir El Ater and Ksar El Boukhari to full-fledged wilayas represents a pivotal element of a comprehensive national initiative to reorganize the territory and strengthen decentralization.
