Algeria Condemns Terrorist Attack in Karak and Affirms Solidarity with Jordan

Algeria has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack that targeted a church in Karak Governorate in the fraternal Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan today, leaving a number of people dead and injured.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Algeria denounces this despicable criminal act, which targets the security and stability of the Kingdom and runs contrary to humanitarian values, tolerant religious teachings, and moral principles.
Algeria also expressed its full solidarity and sympathy with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, its government and people, and its support for the Kingdom in confronting the scourge of terrorism and extremism in all its forms and manifestations, describing the attack as cowardly.
It extended its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to all those injured, and lasting security and stability for fraternal Jordan.
