The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications has introduced "Insat," a new digital platform designed to centralize, process, and track public complaints. This initiative provides a unified online portal (insat.mpt.gov.dz) for subscribers, eliminating the need for physical visits to agencies or prolonged phone calls to report service disruptions. The platform represents a significant step towards modernizing and simplifying public interaction with essential services.
The Insat platform covers a broad spectrum of services, extending beyond traditional telecommunications operators. Users can report issues related to internet outages, slow speeds, network coverage, and fixed telephone line disruptions. Additionally, the system fully integrates postal services, allowing complaints about package delivery delays or reception problems. Financial services are also included, enabling users to submit grievances concerning current postal accounts (CCP), CNEP accounts, Edahabia card malfunctions, and BaridiMob application issues, as well as addressing reception conditions at post offices and agencies.
To submit a complaint, users access a dedicated section on the portal and complete a form, providing personal details, selecting the complaint category, identifying the relevant entity, and detailing the issue. The platform also allows for the attachment of supporting documents, such as screenshots or invoices, to substantiate claims. A key advantage of Insat is the ability for users to remotely track the status of their complaints using a unique case number, providing updates on whether the request is under review, pending technical intervention, or resolved. This digital approach ensures that all reported incidents are officially recorded and counted by central ministry services, even for major network-related issues, facilitating efficient resolution and enhancing public service accountability.
