New Algérie Poste System Enhances Public Service Accessibility
Algérie Poste has launched a new centralized system to process customer complaints, offering enhanced traceability and accessibility through multiple channels. This initiative aims to improve public service quality and streamline administrative procedures for millions of users.

Algérie Poste has activated a new, centralized system designed to register, orient, and resolve customer complaints, aiming to enhance the quality of public services. This initiative provides millions of users with a clear channel for their grievances, fostering greater transparency and accessibility in administrative procedures. The system is designed to track each complaint from its submission through to its resolution, ensuring accountability and allowing escalation to higher decision-making levels within the institution when necessary.
A core feature of this new mechanism is the assignment of a unique reference number to each complaint entered into the central computer system. This identifier enables users to check the status of their request at any time, eliminating the need for repeated visits to service counters. Algérie Poste has also diversified access points to the system, offering a dedicated web portal at reclamation.poste.dz, a specialized call center reachable via the short number 1530, and the option to submit complaints directly at physical post office agencies across the country, under the supervision of bureau chiefs.
The institution explicitly upholds the principle of equal access to postal and financial services, ensuring that elderly individuals and users with specific needs can voice their concerns without facing burdensome travel or requiring computer proficiency. This comprehensive approach underscores a commitment to citizen satisfaction by blending extensive digitization with the availability of human contact points. The launch of this complaint system builds on previous efforts by Algérie Poste, such as the extension of telephone assistance hours in October, reflecting a continuous drive to refine and improve customer support.
