Partial Wali Reshuffle Enacted by President Tebboune

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune today carried out a partial reshuffle of walis, or governors, reflecting ongoing efforts in administrative governance across the nation. This significant action by the Head of State impacts leadership in various wilayas of the Republic, demonstrating the President's active role in optimizing state administration.

The presidential decree specifically encompassed two key administrative adjustments. Firstly, a number of current walis were transferred from their existing provinces to assume new responsibilities in other wilayas. Secondly, the reshuffle also included the appointment of several new officials to the critical positions of walis.
