During this edition, discussions will cover the impact of advanced technologies on organizational structures and the evolving skill requirements for the future labor market. Additionally, emphasis will be placed on strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors alongside specialized training institutions to achieve optimal adaptation to technological shifts.

The event will feature various activities, including conferences, training workshops, and professional networking sessions where participants can explore the latest innovations in digital sectors, renewable energy, and sustainable agriculture. Furthermore, an entrepreneurship challenge will be organized to promote innovation and provide a platform for supporting promising projects, contributing to the development of Algeria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
