El-Oued – On Thursday, Nourredine Ouadah, Minister of the Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-Enterprises, called on officials of the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (ANSEJ) in El-Oued Province to engage closely with investors and project holders to enable them to benefit from the agency’s advantages.
During a working visit to the province alongside the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Said Ali Zerouki, Ouadah emphasized that “ANSEJ officials must approach project holders to encourage them to join the agency, enabling them to access its benefits, particularly financial support and technical assistance for emerging investment projects that can contribute to the development of the national economy.”
He noted that this can be achieved through various channels, notably by signing agreements with professional organizations and bodies such as chambers of agriculture, commerce, and industry, which can provide data on investors seeking to expand their activities and benefit from administrative and tax facilities.
Ouadah also addressed the establishment of a program to create complexes for artisans, a mechanism he described as capable of fostering innovations competitive in national and international markets. He urged the utilization of vacant public real estate properties through coordination with local administrative authorities.
The ministerial delegation inspected a business incubator in the provincial capital, a joint Algerian-Tunisian entrepreneurship center dedicated to supporting Algerian entrepreneurs. They also observed a training session for beneficiaries of micro-loans, focusing on managing their investment projects.
The delegation inaugurated the new headquarters of ANSEJ in El-Oued municipality and visited a private investor’s laboratory for quality and type analyses, where detailed explanations were provided about the lab’s services, particularly soil and water analyses for agriculture and quality testing for the food industry.
