Algiers, Algeria – The newly appointed representative of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to Algeria, Jamila Bayoglu Hjeran, presented her credentials to the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, today at the Ministry headquarters.
