Oran, Algeria – Prime Minister Sifi Ghrib inaugurated the first edition of the National Skills Olympics 2025 in Oran this Monday evening. The event, a showcase of talent from across the nation’s vocational training sector, was held under the auspices of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
The Prime Minister, representing the President, officially opened the competition which brings together 550 participants from various vocational training and education institutions across Algeria. These skilled individuals will compete in a range of disciplines, highlighting the practical expertise cultivated within the country’s training programs.
The National Skills Olympics 2025 aims to promote excellence in vocational skills, encourage innovation, and raise the profile of technical professions among young Algerians. It serves as a platform for participants to demonstrate their abilities, benchmark their skills against national standards, and network with peers and industry professionals.
