Attaf and Spanish Counterpart Discuss Bilateral Ties

Johannesburg – Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held discussions with his Spanish counterpart, José Manuel Albares, focusing on partnership and cooperation between Algeria and Spain.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of Minister Attaf’s participation in the G20 Summit, currently being held in Johannesburg over the weekend. Minister Attaf is part of the Algerian delegation headed by Prime Minister Sifi Grib.

The discussions between Attaf and Albares provided an opportunity to review the existing partnership and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation between the two nations. Both ministers engaged in an exchange of views and analysis regarding developments in the Mediterranean region and the Sahel.
