Minister Kamal Bedari emphasized the importance of striking a balance between knowledge and innovation among Algerian students during the opening of the academic year for schools and higher technical institutes.
Bedari stated during the inauguration of the academic year for these institutions, “Today, we witness the commencement of the academic season for schools and higher technical institutes, which are the frameworks for producing competent individuals who understand their rights and responsibilities.”
The top official in the education sector added, “This day is significant as we witness the achievements and successes of Algeria, as well as the victories of the Palestinian people.”
He continued, “Graduates, whether here or elsewhere, must be responsible Algerian citizens, creative, and innovative.” In the same context, he noted, “Students should master languages and modern technologies and be open to constructive criticism.”
Minister Bedari concluded his speech by congratulating the students on this occasion, expressing his hope to meet them at the end of the year to witness their contributions to national development through their inventions.
