Algiers – SOGRAL, the company responsible for managing land-based bus terminals, has announced the temporary suspension of its online ticketing service. This interruption is due to ongoing updates and maintenance work being carried out on its dedicated ticket reservation application.
The company clarified that its “Mahatati” application is temporarily offline to facilitate technical upgrades aimed at enhancing service quality and ensuring optimal performance for users.
In a statement released on its official page, SOGRAL stated: “SOGRAL informs and apologizes to all its customers who regularly use the Mahatati application to purchase their tickets online for the brief, temporary interruption of this service for the purpose of updates and maintenance.”
The company assured its clientele that the service will be restored as soon as the technical operations are completed. SOGRAL also appealed to customers for their understanding during this temporary disruption.
