Algiers, Algeria – Algeria Post, in collaboration with mobile operator Djezzy, has announced the launch of the “STUDENT CAMPUCE” card, effective next Thursday. This initiative targets new baccalaureate graduates across the country, aiming to foster financial and digital inclusion among young Algerians.
According to a statement released by Algeria Post, this launch is the result of a strategic partnership between the two entities. A cooperation agreement was signed under the supervision of the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Ali Zerouati, during a ceremony held at the Ministry’s headquarters. The event was attended by the Director General of Algeria Post, Chiraz Bechiri, and the Director General of Djezzy, Boumediene Si Noussi.
The statement clarified that the new card is exclusively for students who have recently obtained their baccalaureate and possess a Djezzy SIM card. It will be provided free of charge, granting holders access to a range of exclusive benefits combining modern financial and communication services.
Among these advantages is access to Algeria Post’s advanced financial services, a 20% discount on Djezzy’s monthly student offers, a welcome gift of 5 GB of internet data, and a weekly gift of 1 GB every Friday.
Both parties emphasized that this joint initiative reflects their ongoing commitment to Algerian youth, providing innovative and practical solutions tailored to the needs of students and the demands of the digital age. Algeria Post encourages new baccalaureate graduates to visit post offices and Djezzy agencies nationwide to take advantage of these exceptional offers. This card represents a significant step towards empowering Algerian students.
