Israel continued its deadly airstrikes on the Gaza Strip on Monday, killing over 400 civilians in the past 24 hours. The strikes targeted residential areas, hospitals, and other civilian infrastructure.
The death toll in the 17-day conflict has now reached 4,741, with over 14,000 injured. The majority of the victims are Palestinians, including over 1,873 children and 1,023 women.
In the West Bank, Israeli forces shot and killed six Palestinians on Monday. The killings took place in Jenin, Nablus, and Hebron.
The international community has condemned Israel’s attacks on Gaza. The United Nations Security Council has held several meetings to discuss the crisis, but it has so far been unable to reach an agreement on a resolution.
