Souk Ahras – A landmark twinning agreement was signed today between Algerian and Tunisian border universities, marking a significant step forward in cross-border academic collaboration.
The agreement, formalized on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, took place on the sidelines of the 7th Forum of Algerian-Tunisian Border Universities (5+5) held in Souk Ahras.
