Syria Hails Lifting of Caesar Act, Calls for Reconstruction Aid

The Qatari Foreign Ministry indicated that Doha anticipates the removal of sanctions will open new avenues for cooperation and partnerships with various countries, fostering investment and the flow of international aid to assist Syria.
