Algiers – The President of the Council of the Nation, Mr. Azzouz Nasseri, received a delegation of members of the national community residing abroad. The meeting, held on Tuesday, focused on highlighting the significant progress and achievements Algeria has made under the leadership of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
According to a statement released by the Council of the Nation, Mr. Nasseri emphasized the government’s commitment to strengthening ties with the Algerian diaspora and facilitating their contribution to the nation’s development. He underscored the importance of their role as ambassadors of Algerian culture and values abroad.
During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on various initiatives and projects undertaken by the government to improve the quality of life for all Algerians, including those living abroad. Discussions also centered on ways to enhance communication and collaboration between the government and the diaspora, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns addressed.
