The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (ADL) has announced a significant milestone in the ADL 3 housing program. More than a quarter of a million subscribers have successfully paid the first tranche of the initial phase via electronic payment.
As of December 31, 2025, the number of subscribers who completed the first payment reached 312,521. This achievement comes just ten days after the online payment platform was launched on December 21, 2025. This rapid adoption of the electronic payment system demonstrates the efficiency and accessibility of the new process.
“This is a testament to the commitment of our subscribers and the effectiveness of the ADL’s efforts to streamline the payment process,” stated a representative from the agency. “We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all participants in the ADL 3 program.”
To further facilitate communication and address any concerns, the ADL has established a dedicated toll-free number, 3040. This hotline provides subscribers with access to information and answers to queries related to payments and procedures. The agency emphasizes its commitment to providing comprehensive support throughout the program.
The ADL 3 program aims to provide affordable housing solutions to a large segment of the population. The success of the initial payment phase signifies a positive step towards achieving this goal. The agency continues to monitor the progress of the program and implement measures to ensure its continued success.
The ADL encourages all eligible subscribers to complete their payments promptly and utilize the available resources for assistance. The agency remains committed to providing updates and information throughout the duration of the ADL 3 program.
