CNAS Urges Employers to Submit Annual Wage Declarations

Algiers, Algeria – The National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) has reiterated its call to all employers to adhere to the legal deadlines for submitting their annual declarations of wages and employees for the year 2025.

In a statement released Wednesday, CNAS emphasized that the declaration process must be completed exclusively through the dedicated online portals available to employers on the remote declaration platform, accessible via the official CNAS website. This initiative aligns with the ongoing effort to expand digital services and streamline administrative procedures.

The deadline for submitting these declarations is January 31, 2026. CNAS has explicitly stated that this date represents the final legal deadline for submitting annual declarations and urges all concerned parties to avoid delays to prevent potential administrative consequences.

The Fund underscored the importance of submitting declarations on time.

CNAS highlighted that this measure is crucial for ensuring the updating of workers’ social data and promoting transparency in declarations. This, in turn, contributes to improved management of the social insurance system and safeguards the rights of employees.

“Timely submission allows for accurate records and benefits all stakeholders,” a CNAS representative noted. The Fund continues to emphasize the importance of compliance for a smoothly functioning social security system.
