Algiers, December 31, 2025 – A new digital platform designed to support and promote Algerian national products was officially launched today. The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Industry, accompanied by the Minister’s Chief of Staff, presided over the launch ceremony. The event was attended by the central unit responsible for assisting economic operators in the registration and data exchange process on the platform.
The platform operates under the motto: “Reliable Statistics for Protecting and Supporting National Products.” The initiative was launched under the direction of the Minister of Industry, Yahya Bachir.
According to a statement released by the Ministry, this initiative aligns with the directives of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at modernizing public administration and establishing digital transformation as a strategic priority. It also embodies the Ministry of Industry’s policy of updating management mechanisms, simplifying administrative procedures, supporting economic operators, and enhancing transparency in the management of industrial activity.
The digital platform aims to protect and support national products by collecting and processing data related to industrial production regularly and systematically. This includes data on production volume, production capacities, inputs used, and technical data. The goal is to provide a comprehensive overview of industrial performance indicators at the national level and enhance the reliability of statistics used in the preparation of public policies.
The Ministry of Industry encourages all economic operators involved in manufacturing to register on the digital platform starting today, December 31, 2025.
The Ministry has also provided a practical guide to facilitate access to and use of the digital platform. This guide explains the registration process and how to use the various functions of the platform. It is available for download on the Ministry’s official website.
