Algiers – More than 312,000 subscribers to the AADL 3 housing program have successfully paid their first installment electronically within the first ten days of the platform’s launch, according to the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL).
As of December 31, 2025, the agency reported a total of 312,521 subscribers had completed the first payment stage via the online portal. The electronic payment platform officially opened on December 21, 2025.
AADL officials highlighted that this significant number reflects the strong engagement of subscribers with the electronic payment system and the streamlined digital procedures implemented by the agency. These measures are part of a broader effort to modernize services and improve the overall experience for beneficiaries.
The agency emphasized the ease and efficiency of the online payment process, encouraging all eligible subscribers to utilize the platform for prompt payment of their installments.
