Tirsam Announces New Prices for Locally Made Harbin Trucks

Algiers, January 1, 2026 – Tirsam Group, a leading Algerian manufacturer, has announced new pricing for its locally produced Harbin light commercial vehicles. The announcement, made Thursday, details updated costs for the popular trucks, known for their utility and affordability.

According to a statement released by Tirsam, the single-cabin Harbin truck will now be priced at 140 million centimes. The double-cabin version will retail for 180 million centimes. These prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees and apply to models equipped with a 1.3-liter engine.

The company’s statement on social media was brief, simply stating: “New from Tirsam… the best is yet to come!” Further details regarding potential New Year’s offers were not provided.

DZWatch has learned that these new prices represent a decrease compared to initial deliveries made in November. The first batch of locally manufactured Harbin trucks was delivered to beneficiaries in the industrial zone of Kechida in Batna province. At that time, the single-cabin model with a 1.5-liter engine was priced at 185 million centimes, while the double-cabin version cost 225 million centimes.

The price adjustments could make the Harbin trucks even more attractive to small businesses and entrepreneurs across Algeria. Tirsam’s commitment to local manufacturing is seen as a positive step towards boosting the national economy.
